Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
